We greatly welcome you to The 1st Regional Symposium on Health Research and Development hosted by National Institute of Health Research and Development - Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The symposium will be held on 11 to 12 of October 2012 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The symposium theme is focused on the issues of health research and development towards the universal coverage and equity.
This regional symposium is the first regional symposium organized by the National Research and Development, which previously had held a National Symposium (1st to 6th) during 2005-2010 and the First International Symposium in 2011.
We expect to host 600-800 participants from various institutions / government agencies and private sector, including health services, research institutions, professional organizations, universities, polytechnics, and so forth. Since the conference theme is also one of the global health issues, we also welcome the international participants, especially from the neighbouring countries or other countries which interested to join in this symposium.
